Global Greens Coordination

GGC Meeting 2015 - Brussels

The Global Greens Coordination (GGC), established in 2001, is the body empowered to make decisions on behalf of the Global Greens in between the periodic Congresses. The GGC works by consensus and its roles include:

• Facilitating global communication and networking
• Developing common views and campaigns
• Encouraging joint action
• Exchanging skills and support
• Promoting Green ideas and values

Each of the four Green federations/networks elect three members to the GGC, supported by three alternates who can stand in when needed. Current members are listed below.
